What we collect

When you request a case review we collect what you enter: the charge, state, ZIP code, when you were arrested, test and court date information, your name, phone number, optional email and notes, plus the page you sent it from. Our server also keeps standard logs (pages visited, referring site, browser) to count visits.

How we use and share it

We use your request to connect you with up to three independent attorneys or law firms that handle DUI cases in your area, and we share your request with them so they can contact you by phone, text or email about it. We don't sell your information for any other purpose.

Your choices

To stop calls or texts, reply STOP to any text or tell the caller. To have your request deleted, email [email protected].

Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it sets cookies to measure how the site is used.
